Nature of Services

Life and Style by Christina provides personal development coaching, advisory services, styling guidance, and educational content designed to support personal awareness, professional presence, and life transitions.

Christina Stein is a certified life coach and advisor, not a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, medical provider, financial advisor, or legal professional.

Coaching services are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, medical advice, financial advice, or legal advice.

Participation in coaching services does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, legal advisor, or fiduciary relationship.

If you are experiencing mental health concerns, emotional crisis, or medical issues, you should seek assistance from a qualified licensed professional or emergency services.

Client Responsibility

Coaching provides perspective, structure, and guidance, but all decisions, actions, and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the client.

By engaging in services provided by Life and Style by Christina, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
You voluntarily choose whether or not to implement suggestions or guidance
You are responsible for any personal, professional, or financial choices made during or after coaching

No Guaranteed Results

Individual results vary based on many factors including personal effort, circumstances, and implementation.

Life and Style by Christina does not guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, or lifestyle outcomes from coaching services or programs.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christina Stein and Life and Style by Christina shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or financial damages resulting from the use of this website or participation in coaching services.

Clients acknowledge that coaching involves personal reflection, decision-making, and change. Life and Style by Christina is not responsible for any emotional distress, dissatisfaction, or perceived negative outcomes resulting from advice, guidance, or coaching discussions.

All coaching insights and suggestions are offered for educational and personal development purposes only, and clients are responsible for evaluating and implementing any advice at their own discretion.

Booking, Retainers, and Payments

To secure an appointment or service, a retainer must be received within 24 hours of booking in order to hold the scheduled time.

If the retainer is not received within 24 hours, the appointment may be released and made available to other clients.

All retainers and service payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Participation

If a client cancels services, fails to attend scheduled sessions, or discontinues participation in a program or package for any reason, payments made remain non-refundable.

Missed sessions or unused services may not be refunded.

Service packages must be used within six (6) months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing services from Life and Style by Christina, clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a violation of these Terms.

Communication Boundaries

Coaching services include scheduled sessions only unless otherwise specified in writing.

Services do not include unlimited communication, emergency support, or crisis intervention.

Life and Style by Christina does not provide emergency services.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, frameworks, coaching materials, and programs, is the intellectual property of Life and Style by Christina.

This content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-Party Links
