CLIENT POLICIES

These policies are in place to ensure a clear, respectful, and productive experience for both client and advisor.

Consultation Requirement

All new clients are required to begin with a consultation session. This allows us to discuss what you are navigating, determine whether this work is the right fit, and outline a potential path forward.

If we decide to move forward together, the consultation fee will be applied toward your engagement.

Engagement Length

Most clients work together for three to six months, which allows time to gain clarity, navigate the transition you are experiencing, and begin integrating meaningful changes.

Shorter engagements are not typically offered, as meaningful shifts require space and consistency.

Payment Policy

All services must be paid in advance according to the agreed upon engagement structure. Payment plans may be available depending on the length of the engagement. Services will be paused immediately until payment is brought current. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services without refund.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled in advance at mutually agreed upon times. Clients are responsible for arriving on time so the full session can be used effectively.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other client appointments.

Communication Between Sessions

Clients may send brief check-ins or updates via email. Extended coaching, decision-making support, or in-depth guidance will be reserved for scheduled sessions.

Confidentiality

All conversations are confidential unless disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

Privacy

Your privacy is important. Client information may be stored and processed through secure third-party platforms used for scheduling, communication, and payment processing. Your information will never be sold, shared, or distributed to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

Safety

This work is intended to provide perspective, guidance, and support during life transitions. It is not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical care, or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require immediate assistance, please seek support from a licensed mental health professional or appropriate emergency services. Clients are fully responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

Scope of Services

This work is not therapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, or medical guidance. While I am a certified life coach, the work focuses on perspective, clarity, and navigating life transitions using my combined experience in coaching, personal branding, and image consulting.

Clients experiencing significant mental health concerns should seek support from a licensed mental health professional.
