No. While I am a certified life coach, this work is not therapy and it isn’t traditional coaching either. My approach combines life coaching with my years of experience in personal branding, image consulting, and guiding people through identity and visibility shifts. Together, we look at how you see yourself and how that translates into how you move, communicate, make decisions, and show up in your life. It’s a blend of perspective, strategy, and real-life application designed to help you move through change with more alignment and self-trust.

Most clients work with me for three to six months. Transitions take time, and this allows space to understand what’s shifting, and begin moving through that change with steadiness and confidence. Some clients choose to continue beyond that if they want ongoing perspective and support as their next chapter continues to unfold.

The consultation is a focused conversation where we explore what you’re currently navigating and what kind of support would be most helpful. It also gives you a chance to experience how I work before committing to a longer engagement. If we decide to move forward together, the consultation fee is applied toward your final investment.

Yes. This work is for anyone navigating change who wants to reconnect with themselves and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

Sessions are typically held virtually, which allows clients to work together from anywhere. If you are local and an in-person meeting makes sense, that can be discussed during the consultation.
